Quelle specializes in high-end beauty PMU equipment, so it is highly unlikely that you will experience any problems with our pmu supplies.

If for any reason you don’t have a positive experience, we will make every effort to resolve your issue and make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 12-month direct warranty on all PMU tattoo machines you purchase from QUELLE.

Warranty services include:

  • Arranging repairs
  • Technical support
  • Parts replacement
  • Machine replacement

The one-year warranty on the pmu machine will be voided in the following cases:

  • The machine has visible marks of being dropped

  • The machine has traces of  pigments/fluid on the internal body and motor parts

  • The machine shows signs of being tampered with

  • The machine shows signs of replacing internal parts by itself

Non-Warranty Repairs

If it has been more than one year since you purchased the equipment, Quelle still offers repairs. The exact amount of the repair will be charged based on the damage to the machine and we will email you prior to performing any type of repair.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you wish to return an item, we offer a 14-day full money back guarantee (minus shipping) on all items returned to us, as long as they arrive in the exact same sealed condition. This policy does not cover PMU needles, grips, and pigments.

In the above cases, any returned products that are not in the same condition as shipped may be subject to a 10% repackaging fee or, in some special cases, may be denied a refund. In such cases, the customer shall collect the item from us or pay the redelivery fee.

How to return the item?

Simply send us an email at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for the return
  • Item(s) to be returned
  • Condition of the item(s)

We will reply to you within 24 working hours. We are closed on Sundays.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us before doing so. Please do not return the item directly to avoid any loss. Once email communication has been made to confirm and all return requirements have been met; you will receive a return authorization.

Please mark the order number in your return package, pack your items properly, use a sturdy box, and include padding such as packing bubbles or place it in a self-adhesive, padded envelope. Return the item in secure packaging to the address provided on the Return Authorization Form within thirty (30) days of the original purchase.

If the returned item is missing any parts or is damaged during return shipping due to incorrect packaging, the buyer is solely responsible for the return.

When to get a refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a notification of receipt via email. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically applied to the credit of your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
